Other major plans include those for the <a href="http://wwp.greenwich2000.com/info/tourism/observatory.htm">Royal Observatory Greenwich</a> which houses the telescope on the Prime <a href="http://wwp.greenwichmeridian.com">Meridian Line</a> (the actual point where World Time is set).
