In Search of Greenwich 2000 in San Francisco

We went in search of Greenwich 2000 (and found it!)

From Coit Tower > at Hyde > beyond Larkin > beyond Octavia > beyond Buchanan > to End

The cable car continues past Greenwich to Lombard Street (where it is at its steepest and most famous) down to the Bay.

It starts to get steep beyond Hyde and the street soon runs out as we reach the brow the the hill. Greenwich becomes a footpath through a small park.

We once again catch a glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge through the trees on a small park on the far side of the hill.

We head down a very steep (and dark) path to the next section of Greenwich.

We arrive at the longest section of Greenwich which runs uninterrupted...

It look likes it down-hill from here!

But it still steep down-hill.

The van on Greenwich (the "World on Time") - you would expect to find it delivering on Greenwich!

We arrive at the junction with Larkin. Greenwich 1300 is in sight!

Greenwich 2000 still seems a long way away!
