Millennium Dome General information

General Rules

  • No dogs or pets except guide dogs.
  • For security reasons, all persons entering the venue must agree to be searched when requested by security staff and filmed using digital CCTV.
  • Adults may be asked to provide identification at any time.
  • The management reserve the right to refuse admission.
     

Children's Rules

  • General admission into the Millennium Dome is free for children aged 12 and under. However, there is a charge for some of the attractions.
  • Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Winter Wonderland Crèche

Leapfrog Day Nurseries, one of the country's largest childcare providers will be offering a secure, state of the art crèche facility for children under five years old. Appropriate activities and equipment will be provided for each age group. The crèche facility will be available for the duration of the event from 11:00 - 18:00 and will cost £3.00 for a two-and-a-half-hour session.

Special Needs

The Millennium Dome is accessible to disabled visitors.
