- Twice broke the record for a singlehander's week's run by more than 100 miles (160 km)
- Set a singlehanded record by covering 1,400 miles (2,250 km) from point to point in 8 days
- Twice exceeded the singlehanded speed record for a long passage - 131 3/4 miles (210.8 km) per day for 107 days and 130 1/4 miles (208.4 km) per day for 119 days.
- Third true circumnavigation of a small vessel via Cape Horn.
